The purposes for which the corporation is organized are to promote, encourage and support organized shooting programs with pellet and small caliber firearms sanctioned in and organized by our schools, among citizens of the community, and/or by other national organizations that promote competitive target shooting programs as part of a lawful sports program, to improve marksmanship skills, to support the familiarization programs in the care and safe handling of small caliber and air firearms, and to encourage, where appropriate, community-wide public interest in the participation in such programs; and to promote healthy social and athletic recreation for and amongst the members.
