Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The GrantWatch Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring new paying subscribers (MemberPlus+) to GrantWatch through unique affiliate links.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Commission Rate

Affiliates earn $50 USD for every five (5) MemberPlus+ subscriptions generated through their unique affiliate links.

2.2 Eligible Subscriptions

Only paid MemberPlus+ subscriptions qualify for commission. Free trials, promotional accounts, or other subscription types do not qualify unless explicitly stated by GrantWatch.

2.3 Cookie Window

Affiliate cookies are valid for 30-90 days from the initial click. Any subscription made within this window will be attributed to the affiliate.

2.4 Launch Bonuses

New affiliates may receive higher commission rates during their first 3 months in the program, as determined by GrantWatch.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Method

All commissions are paid via PayPal. Affiliates must provide a valid PayPal email address to receive payments.

3.2 Minimum Payout

The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Commissions below this amount will accumulate until the threshold is reached.

3.3 Payment Schedule

Payments are processed within 3-5 business days after approval of a payout request.

3.4 Verification Period

Commissions have a 30-day verification period before becoming available for withdrawal to account for potential refunds or cancellations.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

4.1 Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must NOT:

• Engage in brand bidding on "GrantWatch" or related trademarked terms
• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about GrantWatch
• Use spam tactics, including unsolicited emails or automated systems
• Misrepresent their relationship with GrantWatch
• Engage in fraudulent activities, including self-referrals or fake accounts
• Use GrantWatch trademarks without permission
• Create domain names confusingly similar to GrantWatch

4.2 Quality Standards

Affiliates must promote GrantWatch in a manner consistent with the brand's values and maintain high-quality, truthful promotional content.

4.3 Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines.

5. Application & Approval

5.1 Application Process

All potential affiliates must complete the application form and await approval from GrantWatch's support team.

5.2 Approval Criteria

GrantWatch reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion. Factors include the applicant's promotional channels, audience relevance, and adherence to program guidelines.

5.3 Account Setup

Approved affiliates will receive a welcome email with instructions to complete their account setup and access the affiliate dashboard.

6. Attribution & Tracking

6.1 Tracking Technology

GrantWatch uses affiliate tracking software to monitor clicks, conversions, and commissions. All affiliate links include unique identifiers.

6.2 Attribution Rules

Attribution follows a last-click model within the cookie window period. If multiple affiliate links are used, the last valid click receives credit.

6.3 Fraud Detection

GrantWatch actively monitors for fraudulent activity. Suspicious patterns may result in investigation and potential account termination.

7. Program Modifications

7.1 Changes to Terms

GrantWatch reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email.

7.2 Commission Changes

GrantWatch may adjust commission rates, payment terms, or program structure with 30 days' notice to affiliates.

8. Termination

8.1 Voluntary Termination

Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by contacting GrantWatch support.

8.2 Involuntary Termination

GrantWatch may terminate an affiliate's participation for:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or unethical behavior
• Low-quality traffic or spam
• Inactivity exceeding 12 months
• Any reason at GrantWatch's sole discretion

8.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, affiliates must cease all promotional activities. Pending commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to violation of terms.

9. Liability & Warranties

9.1 No Guarantee

GrantWatch makes no guarantee of specific earnings or results from participation in the affiliate program.

9.2 Independent Contractor

Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of GrantWatch.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

GrantWatch's liability is limited to the payment of earned commissions. GrantWatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Trademark Usage

Affiliates may use GrantWatch trademarks and logos only as provided in marketing materials and in accordance with brand guidelines.

10.2 Ownership

All GrantWatch intellectual property remains the exclusive property of GrantWatch. No ownership rights are transferred to affiliates.

11. Confidentiality

Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information received through the program, including commission structures, proprietary marketing materials, and strategic information.

12. Compliance

12.1 Legal Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in their promotional activities.

12.2 Data Protection

Affiliates must comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA where relevant.

14. Governing Law
